Policies 

We love you and our staff; these policies protect you, other guests, and the staff.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Cancellations

We require a 48 hour notice to cancel your appointment. In the event that a notice is not given, your card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. Day of cancellations, no call/no shows, will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.

Credit card

A current credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment, this is to make the reservation with the stylist for the service. The card must be in the persons name who is getting the service that day. 

Additional guests

Unfortunately, space does not allow for additional people not receiving services. We are happy to accommodate same time appointments for you and a friend!

No children

We have a no children policy in place to protect the experience for our guests as well as the safety of the children. If your child would like to have a service done at Blonde + Co, we are happy to accommodate them with their own appointment.

Tardiness

Arriving 15 minutes or later to your appointment may result in a shortened appointment or be rescheduled. Please call if you know you're going to be late so we can better accommodate you, other guests, and staff.

Adjustment Service

If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for an adjustment. The adjustment must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service date. We do not offer refunds of any kind.
