TERMS + CONDITIONS

Our terms and conditions, including all policies, will be sent to you via text. Before receiving any services, a signature is required directly on your personal device to confirm agreement. This ensures that all guests understand and accept our salon policies prior to their appointment.

CARD ON FILE POLICY

A valid credit card is required on file to book any appointment. This card must be in the name of the person receiving the service. It will only be used in accordance with our cancellation policy, ensuring your reservation and peace of mind.

LATENESS POLICY

If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your appointment, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule. Please give us a call if you anticipate being late, so we can best accommodate you, other guests, and our staff. Punctuality ensures a smooth experience for everyone!

ADDITIONAL GUEST + KIDS POLICY

To ensure a relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask that only those with scheduled appointments attend. Additionally, for safety reasons, we ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. This allows us to focus on you and your service, making it the best experience possible. If guests arrive with children, we may be unable to accommodate their full service. In such cases, we may have to reschedule or adjust the service to fit the time available. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the salon calm and focused on you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, your card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. For same-day cancellations or no-call/no-shows, 100% of the service will be charged. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy!

ADJUSTMENT SERVICES

If you’re dissatisfied with a service, we’re happy to offer an adjustment. Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service date. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any services. For product returns, we do not accept opened or used products. However, we’re happy to exchange them for a product of equal or lesser value. We want you to feel confident in your experience with us!
